The assurance of love
The pledge of fidelity
The promise of adoration
The oath of changes
The demands of multiple second chances
Myriads of vows and resolutions
Tiring nights of passovers and crossovers
Then
Acts of hypocrisy, double standards and pretense
Then it runs out
A new one begins
And the cycle continues…
